Well hello there, Dreamwidth!
As I posted on my LiveJournal account, this journal will be a mirror of my LJ.
As many people know, LiveJournal has been the target of numerous DDoS attacks. I honestly wasn't sure if LJ would recover from the last one! I'd like to have a means of backing my journal entries, as well as keeping in touch with friends on that journal should LJ bite the big one someday.
A few friends from LJ have completely abandoned LJ ship and moved over here. Some, like myself, have created journals to back up their LJ entries (in the event of another DDoS attack).
I will make an effort to post my LJ entries on here as well. So, to LJ friends who have found me over here...fancy meeting you here! :) To new DW friends who are not affiliated with LJ...nice to meet you!
